“Each year I visit over a hundred restaurants in Poland and beyond. Whenever I appear somewhere, there is always uncertainty as to whether I have come privately or on business,” says Jacek Krawczyk, publisher of the Polish edition of the Gault & Millau culinary guide, which is returning to Poland in a new form and will present its first edition in the coming weeks.
