Warsaw has just experienced an event that will undoubtedly go down as one of the most exceptional gatherings of the season. On the evening of 27 May 2026, Plac Piłsudskiego 9 was transformed into a hub of summer elegance, inspiring conversations and culinary experiences at the highest level. The Summer Essence gala, co-organised with Forbes.pl and Moët Hennessy, took place across the spaces of Restauracja U Wieniawy, the Wieniawa Gardens and Ave Pegaz.
Nearly 600 guests from the worlds of business, media, culture, science and premium gastronomy came together to celebrate summer in an atmosphere of luxury, fine taste and exceptional energy.
One of the most spectacular elements of the event was its impressive culinary setting. Specially for the occasion, as many as 10,000 fresh oysters were brought in from Brittany and Normandy, shucked live throughout the evening by a team of more than a dozen chefs. Guests could also enjoy raclette served on crisp toasts, creamy asparagus risotto served straight from a wheel of Bursztyn Skarby Serowara cheese, and traditional steak tartare prepared in front of the guests.
The evening was complemented by signature cocktails created from the Moët Hennessy portfolio, as well as a special Belvedere zone, where the brand’s signature service ritual was presented for the first time. There was no shortage of the legendary Veuve Clicquot champagne, which accompanied guests through numerous conversations, toasts and celebrations.
A true treat for connoisseurs of luxury was the chance to see the unique La Table Plénitude – a collector’s table used to serve one of the rarest and most sought-after champagnes in the world, Dom Pérignon P3. This exceptional piece of functional art was brought to Poland by Warszawska Grupa Restauracyjna and will soon become a permanent fixture in the interiors of Restauracja U Wieniawy.
Summer Essence, however, was more than just a social event. It is a space where people united by passion, ambition and openness to new inspirations meet. There was time for networking, building business relationships, exchanging experiences and conversations with friends, which made the intense evening pass almost unnoticed – even though the celebration lasted until three in the morning.
Summer Essence once again proved that Warsaw can dazzle with world-class events combining the highest quality of gastronomy, the art of hospitality and remarkable people. The organisers thank all guests, partners and teams for co-creating an evening that will long remain in the memory of participants and become one of the most beautiful memories of this summer.
