It features primarily Edomae nigiri and sashimi, complemented by delicate intermezzi, with no maki or tempura. The menu remains a surprise until the evening and changes seasonally. A visit to Alon is an exceptional culinary experience—an epic journey through flavor, precision, and finesse.

Service & occasions

Guests are seated at the sushi counter, where they can observe the work of the itamae (sushi master). Dinners are served on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays and last approximately 2.5–3 hours. Silence and focus are encouraged; guests are kindly requested to refrain from wearing perfume before dinner and to arrive punctually.
