This is the third location of this well-regarded Tri-City restaurant, this time in Gdańsk near the Motława River, directly opposite the Museum of the Second World War. The restaurant, featuring an open kitchen, is furnished in a modern and tasteful style. Raw concrete walls complement the comfortable furniture, mirrors visually enlarge the space, and large windows let in plenty of natural light.

Chef’s menu, based on seasonal ingredients, is inspired by Polish and regional flavors. Highlights include melt-in-your-mouth cod and corn-fed chicken with lemon mousse. Nothing here is done the easy way—every dish is thoughtful, beautifully presented, and surprising in both taste and texture.
