Oberża pod Psem is a legendary spot on the culinary map of southern Masuria. It is located in Kadzidłowo, in one of several historic houses within a property featuring ducks, a small pond, and old trees. The owners, passionate about Masuria, preserve the heritage of the place—they not only serve excellent food but also share the history and traditions of the local villages. One of the buildings on the property houses the museum “Masurian Open-Air Cottage from the Early 19th Century.” The restaurant itself is an authentic Masurian cottage with preserved historic furniture and elements of its original décor; in summer, a shaded garden is also open.

The cuisine, which includes game dishes, offers Polish classics at their finest, often made from ingredients grown in the restaurant’s own garden—evoking memories of Sunday dinners at grandma’s. What more could one wish for?
