Furu is located in the Shellter Hotel on the outskirts of Rogowo – away from the center but just 100 meters from the beach and the sea. The restaurant occupies the level with the reception and bar and features two loft-style rooms – bright, cozy, with a black-and-white color scheme and natural light streaming through glass walls.

The cuisine offers a European interpretation of regional flavors. The menu includes interesting dishes with fish and local forest ingredients. The roasted cod and fish soup with redfish, prepared in the style of Kołobrzeg squid tripe, are definitely worth trying. Fried duck or wild boar Wellington are great options for meat lovers.

After dinner, it’s worth visiting the observation terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the sea.
